Monika Dobrzyńska-Mizera, Poznan University of Technology, Poland
Monika Dobrzyńska-Mizera, PhD, DSc (Eng.), is an Assistant Professor at the Poznan University of Technology, specializing in materials engineering and polymer science. She holds a PhD in Engineering and completed her habilitation in materials engineering in 2025. Her academic and professional experience is strongly focused on polymer processing, modification, and characterization, including polymer blends and composite materials. Her research focuses on bio-based polymers, polymer blends, and composites for packaging and biomedical applications. She has authored over 30 peer-reviewed journal papers and numerous conference publications. Dr. Dobrzyńska-Mizera has led and contributed to multiple national and European research projects, including Horizon Europe and EIC initiatives. She collaborates closely with international research institutions and industry partners. In addition to research, she teaches polymer processing and materials engineering courses in Polish and English and supervises bachelor’s and master’s theses.
