Conception and birth of baby-BORN additives: safe and sustainable by design synthesis of branched PLA, as nucleating agent for commercial PLA formulations.
Baby-BORN education: primary school (PLA formulations containing the nucleating additive), high school (PLA formulations containing bio-based plasticizers and fillers), bachelor and master degrees (crystallization kinetics of PLA formulations, chemical, mechanical and structural analysis of PLA formulations), PhD (functional properties: thermal resistance, mechanical, barrier and optical properties, also tailored via incorporation of polymers extracted from nature).
